Every Story Matters: Starting Over Takes Courage
Starting over is never easy.
Many of the clients we serve are rebuilding their lives while living in transitional housing. They’re working toward stability, seeking employment, rebuilding relationships, and taking one step at a time toward a brighter future.
Sometimes starting over means carrying everything you own into a place that doesn’t quite feel like home. Sometimes it means filling out job application after job application, hoping this one will be different. Sometimes it simply means waking up each morning and choosing to try again.
But while circumstances may begin to change, the emotional weight of past experiences doesn’t simply disappear.
